Ext Scheduler: Current Time Indicator on the Scheduler

I have looked for examples of this but could not find any. Is it possible to add a "Current Time" or "Now" bar in the Scheduler to show the current time when the Grid is loaded.
For Example:
When using the Scheduler as a Task Schedule for a company, I would like to show the current time so the user will know what tasks should be happening and/or which tasks are next.
