Regarding event grid field update

I was trying to drag and drop existing event from one date to another date on drop the event time is changing but on whole page refresh it resetting to correct date.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by it's resetting to the correct date.
Are you looking to save the scheduler state to locale storage https://bryntum.com/products/scheduler/examples/state/?

after updating database we are trying to refresh store with latest data but store is not getting update, it only getting update on reload of page

Looks you've not specified a url to the eventStore config. You'd need to have URL specified in your eventStore config like the example has
