Error On Task Durations

The Gantt chart does not tie in with the duration column. I suspect the duration column only allowed for x8 hours each day instead of x24, and that it also seemed to count weekend days as well. It's as if it's over-complicated, what we needed is a standard setup like on MS Project, full-day allowances and skipping of weekends.

Please can anyone help?
