I keep getting an id collision as shown below whenever I try to add a sub-task, what would cause this and do I need to add anything to stop this from happening. Tasks seem to create fine but when I add a subtask, that's when it pops up.

Can you reproduce this on our standard examples? If not, please upload a simple test case with instructions of how to reproduce.
