[ANGULAR] How set tasks on non working time programatically

Is possible to allow set tasks on range where is non working time on resource?

I want to do this:
1) Set non working times for resource
2) Add tasks on range where non working time is exist

SchedulerPro 4.1.2

Yes, but it is misunderstanding.

I have prepared calendar, but I want to do something like this:

So you want to have task in a nonworking block? That goes against the idea of specifying nonworking time :) Can you please describe your use case a bit?
