Does obfuscating your code slow down the executing of your scripts?
Depends on how the obfuscation was performed, but generally yes. Is it noticable? - I doubt it...
Haven't tried this yet, I just once tried Dean Edwards Packer with Base62 encoding and I was under the impression that at least this way of compression was slower at runtime.
I like the idea of obfuscating my code!
