[REACT] RegionResize splitterDrag functionality in Scheduler

Hi Bryntum Team,

I have a question about splitterDragStart and splitterDragEnd functionality for Scheduler React Splitter Component.
Is there a way to prevent the default resize action of the splitter. I would like to keep splitter, but I only want to use collapse/expand buttons to resize the resource part.. And on dragging I do not want to resize the resource part.
