[REACT] Drag and drop behaviour only Finish to Start?

Hello,
is there a way to change the default behaviour of drag and drop (creating a dependency)? Currently it seems to only create a Finish-to-Start relationship, regardless of where the drag is started and the drop is made?

I have attached a short video of the behaviour i want to achieve (different control, not Bryntum).
