Our state of the art Gantt chart

Post by raju1 »

Hi,

We observed dependency links alignment issue in bryntum bigdataset example.

Steps to reproduce:

Open https://bryntum.com/examples/gantt/bigdataset/ in Microsoft Edge browser
Set the browser zoom level at 75%
Scroll the vertical scrollbar to Parent166 task
Observed the dependency links are messed up with their respective tasks.

Hi,

Is there any estimate on when this fix would arrive?

Thanks,
Rayudu.

Hi rayudu.pasumarthy,

Not yet. All we can say now - It will not be in the nearest release. For the rest - you can subscribe on ticket's updates to be notified when the milestone is set and when it fixed.

All the best,
Alex

Fixed now, will be part of next release (you can test tomorrow's nightly build too)

Hi,

The issue seems to still exist on the latest bryntum build 4.2.4.
It occurs in chrome too through the following steps:

  1. Open Bryntum advanced example - https://www.bryntum.com/examples/gantt/advanced/
  2. Zoom out to 75%
  3. Gantt zoom in once and then out, the dependency lines will not appear

The dependency lines either go missing or are placed in different locations.

Any thoughts / suggestions?

Thanks,
Rayudu.
