[ANGULAR] Wrong week day calendar picker

Hello,

please, can you check the attached project taken from TaskEditor Bryntum examples?

The enddate calendar shows wrong week day.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Edit - first task ie. - startdate, set to september, 17th
2 - Edit enddate, to set the 18th, you'll see calendar picker reports the wrong week day

I attached the printscreen with the issue.

I am on 2.1.9 version

I'm working with It locale, but with De locale is the same.

One more note, please, verify the date picker issue also in the date field of the popup editor.

Reproduced in our localization demo. https://www.bryntum.com/examples/grid/localization/
Open the picker in the toolbar. 18.09.2020 is shown as it's Saturday, though it's Friday.

The bug is fixed in the upcoming 4.0 release. Please download 4.0 beta from the Customer Zone to make sure it works!
