Our state of the art Gantt chart

Post by foursite »

Hey there,

We are using Gantt and recently added SchedulerPro to our application.
Using Gantt and SchedulerPro on the same page (different tabs) is having undesired CSS conflict on popups (edit task).
We thought using as scoped CSS and we could contain CSS corruption if the refred element is inside an element but the popup is the child of the body so scope won't work.

I was wondering would you have a quick solution or proposal for an issue like this? Also, we are planning to make use of Grid from you and this would help us prevent the issues there as well!

Hello.
Could you please elaborate on that?
undesired CSS conflict on popups (edit task)
Can you provide couple of screenshots showing exact problem? Are you making own css rules for editors?

Hello @Maxim,

So the popup for Gantt is not showing any other tabs; see examples

But SchedulerPro popup is working as expected, as it was included later on the ladder.

Also, after adding SchedulerPro, tasks on Gantt blew away.

Hello,

Gantt TaskEdit and SchedulerPro TaskEdit feature are different features (though quite similar), and they have different UI (tabs, fields, etc.).

Could you please explain your usecase? Do you expect to see one task editor for both products?

Best,
Pavel
