Please have a look at following video which explains my situation.

am using node 8.9.4 (as per readme on the server).
As requested in the video please download gantt 2.0.1 from customer zone onto a windows pc and run up the server and vue\pdf export examples. Assuming pdf-export all works as expected (ie. generates a pdf/png) then send me then please send me the steps you took, node versions.

I actually managed to reproduce this issue, when I noticed that you have zoomed the page out. I opened ticket here: https://github.com/bryntum/support/issues/215 Thank you for report.

Change page zoom to 100% and it should work just fine.
