Actually no global installation is needed except Node JS.
Not sure why python may be needed here.
But just try to set python 2 folder to system PATH variable.
My suspect is node-sass which tries to download the binary for you platform when installing.
May be it was not properly installed, but the version in log seems latest.
Please launch this command and post the output here?
npm list -g --depth 0You may take VirtualBox or other virtualization software and download Windows installation ISO to check.
Sure this is not the solution, but at least you will check if it builds from the sources you have.
