Load on demand or load for nodes

Post by Jean2 »

Hi team bryntum,

I am trying to load 2977 rows into Gantt.

My service takes 0.7 seconds to respond, when it returns the data to the gantt it is when it takes from 13 to 30 seconds to show the data, is that normal?

I am attaching a Word file with images of the data and delay time.

Could you please tell me if there is any way to display the data loaded on demand by nodes?

That is, every time I expand a node with many subnodes, that data is queried to a service.

Thanks.

No that sounds way too long. Which browser / OS are you using?

Load on demand is not going to work for the Gantt as it needs to see every piece of data after a change to update the tasks correctly an maintain schedule integrity.
