React - eventHover midnight display problem

Hi !
I'm setting to my event "endDate" : 17 Sep 2019 00:00 which is new Date(1568671200000). Event is displayed correctly, but when i check tooltip on hover endDate is wrong. It should be : 17 Sep 2019 00:00, but instead of this is 16 Sep 2019 00:00. How can i fix this ?
