Ask for help related to our Calendar 1.x version

Post by fily55 »

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could answer this question for me.
We are about start a project using a calendar. We have licenses for extjs calendar but not bryntum calendar. Is there any benefits for going for bryntum over ext js?

Great question! Obviously the two components are quite similar. Bryntum Calendar was designed to be a standalone component which integrates easily with our other components such as the Scheduler. See this demo https://www.bryntum.com/examples/schedu ... ulingsuite

Both calendar components have Day, Week, Month view and our also offers Agenda and Year views. We recommend that you try both calendars to figure out which one matches your requirements better.

Free trial can be downloaded here: https://www.bryntum.com/products/calendar/

Please let us know if you have any feature requests :)

Thanks for that Mats. One last question. Is Bryntum Calendar compatible with modern and mobile?

It's only supporting Classic at this time I'm afraid. This may change later when Ext JS 7.0 is out.

Only Ext JS Classic toolkit, later this year we'll have a platform agnostic version which will be easy to use in Modern.
