Another halt/pause issue found our QA team is when scrolling over the split grid, the other grid looks always act slowly than the scrolling grid. See below screenshot and screen recording. (Firefox: 67.0.4)

It's very smooth for me online: https://www.bryntum.com/examples/scheduler-for-extjs/splitgrid/ in FF with a MacBook Pro laptop.

Try updating to 6.x version and see if performance improves?

@mats
We're using 6.x right now, and the screenshot was made by https://www.bryntum.com/examples/scheduler-for-extjs/splitgrid/.
I'm also using MacBook Pro(2.8 GHz Intel Core i7), and testing on Firefox: 67.0.4.

Previously also reported viewtopic.php?f=39&t=9651&p=53224#p53228, not sure if they are related.

And you're scrolling with a mouse or trackpad? Try on another computer?

@mats, scrolling with a trackpad or Magic Mouse has the same Firefox scroll lag issue. Note: we are testing on the latest FireFox, I tried the old FireFox(50.x), looks the scroll lag issue doesn't exist.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,

I can see that when scrolling in Firefox the timeline header moves a bit slower than the timeline. At the end all lines are perfectly aligned. I tried Big dataset demo against the latest Firefox (68). However it's a browser issue, and I'm afraid we can do nothing until the Firefox team fixed the issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1339043

Best,
Pavel
