Questions related to our Sencha Touch based grid component

Yup, already a ticket open for that. More fixes coming. I guess we should also not allow to hide all columns so need some finetuning there.

Added a new Disclosure-column, check the updated 'buffered' sample in tomorrows nightlies.

The Disclosure column looks really good! Nice job!

The hide column functionality still doesn't appear to be working 100% correctly on the basic example.

Please see my attached screenshot.

We'll fix it soon (next week).

So far, hiding/adding columns and disclosure have been added. Great work! (Obviously, the bugs need to be worked out).

We also want/need the following features:

High Priority
Paging
Sorting

Medium Priority
Multi - Row selection - apply status change
summary row

Low Priority
Column resizing
Column reordering
summarize by
grouping summary row

Sorting is already supported - anything not working relating it?

Hmm. How do you cause a column to sort?

I tried clicking on the column header and nothing happens. I also reviewed the documentation and didn't find anything related to sorting.

Searching for 'sort' shows 'sortable' :). Default false, set it to true on your columns:

Right.

I turned on sorting on the basic example.

When sorting is turned on and hiding/adding columns is turned on, the behavior is cludgey.

When I click it column, it sorts and displays the add/remove columns.

Right, it makes no sense to have two behaviors glued to the same action. We'll make the sort trigger configurable so you can have it on headerdoubletap or headerlongpress etc.
