6.5 is here and Ext.grid.column.Column still has no "locked" config.

I guess that means that we have to wait for ExtJS 7?

Yes, it seems so. We'll keep you posted when we have some good news :)

Hello!

What's your opinion about ExtJS 6.5 GA? Anything close to be used as Scheduler base or still missing smth vital?

The last update of Sencha Touch is now more than 2 years old. 2 years in which browsers have changed and Sencha Touch hasn't adapted.

The only thing holding us off from switching to ExtJS 6-modern is the Touch Scheduler. What is your opinion, should we drop the scheduler from our product, and cancel the maintenance contract?

We'll try to support Modern as soon as we see a capable grid + tree with locking support. As far as we've heard, this is promised to arrive with Ext JS 7. At that point we'll know more and provide you with a plan.

Ext.grid.Grid of ExtJS 6.7 Modern support locked column now!

We won't support Ext JS Modern using its Grid but you can easily use our own new Scheduler with Ext JS Modern, demo here: https://bryntum.com/examples/scheduler/extjsmodern/
