I've been writing my tests mostly BDD style. I don't *think* the test runner has a mechanism for expand/collapse all in the second column (for the describe/it folders).
Not sure how many people are doing BDD, so it may not be worth addressing, but thought I'd mention it as I've thought on multiple occasions that it'd be nice to have.
