Vertical scheduler in touch scheduler + initial feedback

Hi!

Thanks for the first Touch scheduler version! looks great so far!

Please consider the vertical version a priority! Thanks!

Also, in your current "basic example" consider renaming "Tap and drag to move a task" to "Hold then drag to move a task"

Keep it up!

Cheers,

Empty irc channel?

Hey guys,

Any reason the irc channel is empty the last couple of days?

i.e. no one from support/bryntum is in it -

Cheers,

Re: Time zone per row

Hi,

we're very interested in this feature too.

It doesn't need to be "per row" since the scheduler can be in "vertical position" , the idea is that "per resource" each resource can have its set zone to e.g. specify when that resource is available throughout the day independently from other resources

Deleting events in Vertical Scheduler view

Hi,

What's a nice way to handle deleting events in a vertical view?
(i.e. where do display the delete action/button/link)

Also, how do you handle the "onDelete"? (i.e. to listen to the event, update the backend store, and then remove the displayed event.

Thanks!

Re: Scaling event size for better usability in weekly view

Thanks! Are views such as e.g. this one possible? http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/scheduler/examples/resourcegrouping/defaultcs.aspx There's a few different things, but one is: In the week view, vertical mode, if we can maintain the vertical axis to be the hours e.g. 8 -> 5pm, the events will s...

Scaling event size for better usability in weekly view

Hi! When I switch in vertical (or horizontal) mode to having a weekly/monthly/etc.. view the events become hardly readable (almost like single lines) This affects the usability of those view modes. I noticed/toyed around with changing the row heights as an option where a different row height would b...

Re: date picker with extjs scheduler

Thanks! My first attempt based on the above looks like this: { text: 'Jump to Date', menu: { border: false, items: { xtype: 'datepicker', scope: this, handler: function(picker, date) { day = Ext.Date.format(date, "d"); month = Ext.Date.format(date, "m") - 1; year = Ext.Date.format(date, "Y"); this.s...
