Re: [INFO REQ] Is there a way to check if a dependency has been violated?

And I've just realized that my code doesn't take into account dependency lag . So instead of this code for example: if ((yield predecessor.$.earlyEndDate) > (yield task.$.endDate)) { there should be smth like this: const lag = yield dependency.$.lag, lagUnit = yield dependency.$.lagUnit, calendar = ...

Re: [INFO REQ] Is there a way to check if a dependency has been violated?

There is no such function I'm afraid, but that's a pretty straightforward thing to implement. Something like this: import { DependencyType } from "./Gantt/lib/Engine/scheduling/Types.js" // Collects violated dependencies function getViolatedDependencies(task) { const incomingDeps = task.incomingDeps...

Re: [INFO REQ] How to allow more than 100% units

Regarding task editor you could put your code into a listener to apply max value each time task editor is shown. Something like this:

Code: Select all

gantt.on('beforeTaskEditShow', ({ editor }) => editor.widgetMap['resourcestab-grid'].columns.getAt(1).editor.max = 1000)

Re: [INFO REQ] How to allow more than 100% units

That sounds reasonable ..and regarding a resource representing a team I think we've met such requirements a couple of times, yet this improvement never ended up in our codebase. :)
But I think it's 100% worth a feature request, so here it is: https://github.com/bryntum/support/issues/833

Re: [VUE] Gantt sync() snapshot instead of transactions

Hi, No there is no such option at the moment I'm afraid. We've never been requested for such feature. Yet it might be not that complex to implement, there is a private "getCrudStoreChanges" method on the project model that is used to return a store changes as an object. So it should simply return fu...

Re: [INFO REQ] undefined query parameter on load in 2.1.3

Yes there was no parameter previously if you don't provide paramName config. Before that fix we used HTTP request body to pass the load request in such cases. But using of body for GET HTTP requests is not recommended so we decided to change that behaviour. So starting from this release if you use G...

Re: [INFO REQ] Request PHP CrudManager example with sync and recurring.

We have it in a branch. It still needs some testing but chances are very high that it will appear in the next major release of the scheduler.

Re: autoNormalizeNodes disabled task split

Yes, that looks like a bug. Here is a ticket I've made for the issue: https://app.assembla.com/spaces/bryntum/tickets/9568-task-is-not-splittable-when-normalization-is-disabled/details
Thank you very much for the report!

Re: [ANSWERED] Two questions about the latest Extjs Gantt

1. Yes Ext Gantt supports multiple projects 2. No Ext Gantt business logic is implemented on the client side only, no server side calculations are involved. FYI regarding question #2 in the Bryntum Gantt (non-ExtJS one: https://www.bryntum.com/products/gantt/) we do have a scheduling engine implemen...
