test duration IDE column

Thanks for adding the test duration IDE column back into 4.2.0 !

I just downloaded and ran and noticed the column is not wide enough. Can you increase column width and/or add config to display column in ms or s (seconds) ?

The harness UI is stateful and remembers the column widths, you mean for HTML report?
