In MS project we have calendar for each resource which help us to plan their leave separately. Can we achieve the same feature in the Bryntum?

Yes, this is supported, every resource can have own calendar. this example shows how to manage resource calendars, and this one demonstrates how to create/modify calendars (look for 'manager calendars' button).
